Spud Shack is a regular pop-up catering service, serving delicious Spuds & loaded Roasties to the streets of Cornwall!
From the cliff-tops of Tintagel to the Saturday-night queue at Wooda Farm, Spud Shack is the horse-box trailer doing one thing properly — loaded jacket spuds and roasties, packed with flavour, served with a smile.
Five signature spuds, two hearty bases, and a Tex-Mex streak that makes the menu a little bit wild. Whether you're grabbing a Big Tex on the coast or hiring the trailer for your event — it's the same promise every time: tasty spuds for every occasion.
